What is Digitisation?

Simply put, we transfer your paper files into digital format such as PDF.

How do we do this?

We will collect your documents from your premises and prepare them in our office for the scanning process. Upon collection, we will tag all archive boxes with a unique reference number, and you will receive a certificate of receipt.

Next, we carefully remove all staples, bindings, and paperclips to ensure the documents are ready for scanning. Any documents not in suitable condition for processing will be set aside for your review. Our services cover documents up to A3 size, utilising top-of-the-line Kodak scanners for remarkable quality.

Our experts will consistently monitor the quality of the images and conduct spot checks to ensure you receive the expected results.

After digitisation is completed, the software will scan the images using OCR technology, resulting in searchable PDF files.

Our team will rename your documents according to your preferred format and upload them to an end-to-end encrypted cloud-based storage. You will have 60 days to download the documents to your servers.

Once everything is finished, you can choose whether to have the documents shredded by our third-party partner by signing a Destruction Authorisation form, or you can have them returned to your premises in the same manner we collected them. Simultaneously, the cycle would restart, and we could collect the next batch of documents.
